Returns
We offer a 90-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 90 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return shipping costs are not covered by us. Once your return request has been approved, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. Return instructions will be provided after approval.

Exchanges
If you received an incorrect item, the fastest way to receive the correct product is to return the item you received. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the correct item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@trusthero.io so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
30-Day Grace Period for European Union Purchases
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@trusthero.io.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact our support team at support@trusthero.io before initiating a chargeback.
Chargebacks are handled directly by payment providers and may take significantly longer to resolve than standard refund requests. Once a chargeback has been initiated, we may be limited in our ability to process a refund or provide further assistance until the dispute is resolved.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not issued in the following cases:

The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address at checkout.

The delivery address is a business address and the business was closed or unavailable at the time of delivery.

The carrier confirms the order was successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery failed due to refusal to accept the package or failure to collect the parcel from the carrier or pickup point.

The item was damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
In these cases, responsibility for successful delivery and proper handling lies with the customer.
